The Natural Home Cures Himalayan Crystal Salt Brick was a blessing for my tired feet! I added this to a hot tub of water and soaked my feet - the aches and pains just disappeared. You do not need to dissolve too much of the brick for a nice foot soak so the brick will last about 10 applications. I also use some of the brick for a very soothing and relaxing bath.
